Christ: The Paschal Lamb

1 Corinthians 5:7b

For our paschal lamb, Christ, has been sacrificed.

Paul, in his first letter to the Corinthians makes a passing remark, calling Christ the paschal lamb. Christ is the lamb slain so that the people might be saved.
